A great year of sport was celebrated at the College Sport Wellington Sports Person of the Year (SPOTY) awards ceremony on 8 November.

Congratulations to Sam Brown (Swimming), Bevan Cox (Badminton) and Jesse Randall (Football and Futsal) for being named as Athlete of the Year in their respective sports.  Jesse was also a finalist in the overall Sportsman of the Year Award.

Congratulations are also due to Ciaran Bolger (Softball), Jack Cobden-Cox (Floorball), Alex Stewart (Floorball), and Sam and George Walker (Futsal) for being finalists in their sports.

It was great to have the Rongotai College Big Band perform at the CSW Awards Evening during dinner.   Some very positive comments were made on their performance.
