Rongotai College is a high profile boys’ secondary school, located in Wellington. We have an on-going tradition of outstanding achievement, and are committed to boys achieving excellence in all areas of school life.

We are seeking an energetic leader to fill the position of:  FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

As a member of the Senior Management and Leadership Team of the college, this position will have responsibility for the management of finance, property and non-teaching staff, and incorporates the duties of Secretary to the Board of Trustees.

Knowledge of the operation of the New Zealand education system would be an advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic friendly person to run our college shop selling uniform and stationery, and manage student fees, you will be welcomed into an amazing team environment where no two days are the same.

Our ideal team member will be able to demonstrate:
• Be a great multi-tasker
• Knowledge and experience with Xero preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• A willingness to solve problems on the go
• A methodical and successful approach to prioritising and meeting deadlines
• Excellent skills with invoicing and student accounts
• You will need to be computer savvy
• Preferably you will have had experience in a similar role
• Must be prepared to administer first aid when required.
